it was all so lovely until I realized the shower drain was clogged and I had to take mini showers. plus, the unhelpful staff didn’t even offer me an upgrade, despite my obvious need for it. and don't get me started on the one pillow situation, quite absurd really. I almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

Just spent 4 nights in a Double Room. Location couldn’t be better-clean area with tons of food options right around the corner. The bed was comfy enough, but the room felt smaller than expected. Staff responded quickly to requests, though they were a bit cold overall.

The room size was much smaller than the photos!!! Perhaps some soundproofing on the walls could enhance the experience!!! Additional bathroom amenities might also elevate comfort levels !!! A more friendly approach from staff could really improve guest relations!!!

Just a fine choice for a brief pit stop in Madrid with fantastic value for money. The lobby was bright and clean, which was a nice first impression. Remember to confirm check-out times directly with the administrator to avoid confusion.

Had an amazing time with my friends! The location was perfect, close to vibrant nightlife and cultural spots. We loved the nearby Barrio de las Letras and the buzzing restaurants. The staff was prompt when we reached out for help. Definitely recommend checking out local bars and exploring the Royal Palace.
However, we had an issue with check-out timing. There was a miscommunication and we were told to leave earlier than expected, which put a damper on our last morning.

location was great but the room felt cramped
The location was ideal, only a minute from Sol Metro station. I enjoyed the strong internet connection that made planning my days easier. The bed in the double room was surprisingly comfortable for the size.

Great spot for a group getaway
The location is killer! Just a quick stroll to the main plaza and I also loved that there were grocery stores right around the corner, made life easier for late-night snacks. Plus, I met some awesome people in the common areas, like it really felt like a little community! The place was clean as a whistle, and they had a kettle for hot drinks.
It wasn't exactly a bargain though, but still acceptable given the prime spot.
